Description:
We leave Reeth and tackle the steep climb up onto Fremington Edge, our efforts are rewarded with sweeping views over Swaledale. After taking in the views we cross the open moorland to the pretty little hamlet of Hurst passing clues to the areas industrial past. From Hurst we make our way down into Arkengarthdale, where we join Arkle Beck and follow it back to Reeth.
