Description:
This is a linear walk, so we will be meeting at the end of the walk at Cockmoor Hall, leaving some cars there and driving to the start in Levisham. Please be prepared to offer other walkers a lift at the start or end of the walk.
If you want to bring your dog then please arrange with someone in advance who is happy to have a dog in their car for the shuttling before/after the walk. We will be walking through some fields with young lambs so dogs will need to be kept on a short lead for those sections.
This section of the walk starts in Levisham, heading over the Hole of Horcum before winding through the edges of Dalby Forest. It is relatively flat. We will then head back to Levisham for a drink.
Parking arrangements:
Free car park at Cockmoor Hall where we shall be meeting. On street parking in Levisham.
