Unfortunately due to the high winds and rain forecast for Saturday with Storm Arwen passing through, we have taken the decision to cancel the walk due to safety concerns. The AGM will go ahead as planned at the Stone Trough Inn. Please aim to arrive around 12:45 so we can start the AGM at 13:00. Book your place through Eventbrite.

A 6.5 walk from Kirkham/Kirkham Priory starting at the Stone Trough Inn. A varied undulating walk through woodland and fields around the villages of Kirkham, Crambe and Howsham with far reaching views across the Vale of York.

The walk may be muddy so please bring appropriate footwear.

The GYBO AGM will be held at the Stone Trough Inn starting around 13:00. Booking is required for the AGM to confirm numbers with the pub and preorders for food will be taken prior to the walk in the morning.

The AGM is open to all GYBO members, and is the time when we review the past year's activities, and elect the new Committee to run the group for the next year. It is also a time where we ask for feedback from members and for input/ideas on how members would like the group to grow. The AGM normally lasts less than an hour, depending on what issues members wish to discuss.

Parking arrangements:

The Stone Trough Inn is allowing us to use their car park for those attending the AGM afterwards. Parking is also available at Kirkham Priory a short 5 minute walk away.
