Description:
This walk does not require pre-booking.
A varied circular walk from the village of Coxwold. We leave the village crossing undulating fields to Oldstead with views of the White Horse. We then ascend through woodland onto the North York Moors with far reaching views to the Dales and Vale of York. After a brief descent through some woodland we make our way to Byland Abbey, and loop back to Coxwold through fields and quiet country roads.
Parking arrangments:
Parking is available at Coxwold Village Hall with a honesty box - suggested donation is £2 all day.
