Description:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This walk is limited to 12 places (including the walk leader), these MUST be booked in advance through Eventbrite. Anyone who has not booked a place will not be allowed on this walk. See the Ramblers guidelines for info on taking part in our walks.

A gentle 6.5 mile walk from the village of Naburn, starting out along the disused railway track to the bridge where we will overlook the river Ouse and the local marina. We will then walk across fields and farmland in a gentle loop back to the old railway track. We finish off the walk on a country lane that takes us back to Naburn.

We should finish by 8.30pm and in the daylight... but as this is an evening walk please bring a torch just in case! We can go to the pub afterwards for refreshments.

Parking arrangements:

On road parking only so please be considerate of residents and allow enough time to find a space.
