IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This walk is limited to 20 places (including the walk leader), these MUST be booked in advance through Eventbrite which will be available the week leading up to the walk. Set in rolling hills on the edge of the Peak District, this walk starts at the popular country park of Cannon Hall, taking in parts of the Barnsley Boundary Walk and the Dearne Way. After leaving the country park, we follow footpaths and quiet lanes through woods and over farmland, and half-way round we skirt the edge of Denby Dale passing under the impressive railway viaduct that dominates the town.
