A undulating circular walk from the Village of North Grimston in the Yorkshire Wolds through a mixture of fields and woodland. Initially we follow the Yorkshire Wolds way through Settrington Woods to Bassett Brow. We then head towards the village of Settrington, passing Settrington House before joining the Centenary Way back to North Grimston.
Parking arrangements:
There is on-street parking on the main road (Hogg Lane) outside the Church, plus there is a little lay-by on Hogg Lane between the Church and Pub. Also there is some on-street parking on Cordike Lane and Luddith Road.
GYBO encourages car sharing where possible. This helps to reduce our carbon footprint, minimises the impact on the communities we visit and can allow fuel costs to be shared. You can arrange a lift share through the Facebook event.
We are a friendly and sociable Ramblers hiking group aimed at people in their 20s, 30s and the young at heart.
You are welcome to attend up to three of our walks before you need to sign up as a member of the Ramblers
