Description:
A lovely circular walk through farmland and riverside paths in Ryedale.
The walk starts from Hovingham Village hall, we leave the village on good tracks and head towards Stonegrave. We then climb up onto Caulkeys Bank before dropping into the estate village of Nunnington. We follow the river rye to West Ness. After a stop at Joans Wood we then make our way back to Hovingham.
Parking arrangements:
Hovingham Village Hall Car Park (with Honesty box), plus on street parking throughout the village.
