A leisurely evening walk around Beverley. Starting from the Market place, we head to the Westwood to enjoy the large open space and great views back over to Beverley and East Yorkshire.

After doing a loop on the Westwood we head towards the town centre where we pass the Minster and end up back at the market square.

🅿️ Free parking after 6pm in Saturday Market, Beverley, HU17 8AA – or in Flemingate multi-storey, which is about a 10 minute walk from the meeting point

🚌 X46/X47 buses from York (16:10), Pocklington (17:05) and Hull (17:20) – the bus station is a 2 minute walk from the meeting point – return buses to Pocklington/York at 20:46 and 21:50, and to Hull until late

🐶 Dogs are welcome on the walk but must be on a lead at all times, as there are grazing cattle on the Westwood

🍺 After the walk we can enjoy refreshments at one of the local pubs
